Abstract / Introduction / Summary:
A pilumnid crab, Pilumnus habei Takeda and Mi- yake, 1972 (Decapoda: Brachyura), is reported based on the specimens collected from the south coast of Kyushu, southern Japan. A brief description and sever- al figures of these specimens are provided. This record represents the first discovery of the species from Ky- ushu Island.
